IMPORTANT NOTES
- FULL PAYMENT to the Conference Secretariat of ACEM 2021 must be received in order to confirm your registration. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the Conference Secretariat at acem2021-reg@connexustravel.com.
- Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted. For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 16 December 2021 (noon, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
- All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
- By participating at ACEM 2021, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the ACEM 2021. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Conference. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
- No cancellation is accepted once your registration is confirmed, however you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at NO extra charge latest by 31 October 2021. No transfer will be accepted after this date. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to acem2021-reg@connexustravel.com prior to the meetings.
- No refunds will be made for no show at the conference.
